This years kickball tournament will benefit Grace Pamela-Jane Gorman and her family. Gracie is a sweet 2 year old little girl from the Irwin area. On February 1, 2018 she was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). 90% of Gracie's bone marrow had been taken over by Leukemia and she immediately began treatment. Her first month of treatment has made her very sick, she can no longer walk or sit up on her own. She's lost most of her hair and has days full of nausea, fevers, spinal taps, surgeries and blood & platelet transfusions. Her amazing doctors at Children's Hospital of Pgh were hoping for better results after her first 30 days of treatment, as a result more extreme treatment is necessary. She is now in «consolidation» phase of treatments which includes heavier chemo in which she will receive 4 days a week. This tough little girl is cared for by her mom, Maria & dad, Preston and big sister, Piper Monet. Gracie's family is also expecting to welcome a new little one in early May, Vienna Jane. Gracie & family are also supported by her grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins & countless local friends who pray for sweet Gracie.
Please consider joining us this year to help Gracie & her family! Together we can raise awareness and funds to help support the Gorman's through this difficult time.
